Ao no Exorcist, originally a manga of Kato Katsue, is now on screen in April, 2011 presented by A-1 Pictures, Japan.
The hero Okumura Rin, the blue flame inheritor of Satan, is raised by Father and Exorcist Fujimoto Shiro, a priest who is the only one that can resist the possession from Satan. Rin's demonic power is sealed in Koumaken (katana) by Mephisto Pheles to prevent him from awakening.

Unlike other exorcist, Rin uses his blue flames on akuma (demons). Each time, the flame will also destruct his human body and will gradually cause Rin to loose his mind. Will the two brothers finally end up to fight each other? What will Rin's fate offer to him? As an Ao No Exorcist (Blue Exorcist), will Rin become heroic as who raised him up?

The animation is crafted nicely and creatively with some magnitude scenes of battle between humans and demons. A very touching opening introduces Rin's hybridity and his reasons to fight against the race he inherited power from.
