Witty Remarks on Life From Regina Brett

Some friend gave me this sheet of paper with 45 witty remarks from Regina Brett, 90 year old, a smiling granny in Cleveland Ohio.
I would like to share some of them here with all my friends. May you enjoy and smile!

"Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
(If it is fair, it'll be even better!)

Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
(I would rather hate a dumb computer)

You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
 (I never win...)

When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
(I love this one, as I am addict to chocolate*^_^*)

Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
(My past is not that strong...)

Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
(I wonder what will be left *while looking around*...)

Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
(Such as an out-dated bread?)

The most important sex organ is the brain.
( very interesting, because our brain is the hardest to be dressed up)

Forgive everyone everything.
(Yeah, whatelse can I do?)

Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
(Throwing away my test paper....)

Believe in miracles.
(Hmm, my favourite...*looking at the test paper, hoping the marks are changed by miracle*.....)

Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.
(Good for you, granny, not live in Canada! You must have experienced a lot of miracles! Even in winter! *^_^*)

The best is yet to come...
(....and the worst too?)

Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift.
(So, that's why I was wearing a bow when I was little.....)"

                  ..:::fin:::.
